Sean Sweeney CEO/Founder

Sean is a tour winning tennis coach certified by Tennis Canada and he is an Ace (Alliance for Coaching Excellence) Technical Specialist under ATP/WTA tour coach Heath Waters. Sean has coached 10 different juniors to the Canadian Nationals in the last 8 years and his pro player won 4 ITF LD titles while working together. Sean is also a sales leader and as the Director of Partner Development (2006-2011) helped LPI Level Platforms (sold to AVG) go from pre-revenue to 11 million a year in 5 years.

Chris Flynn: North American sales

Chris was a world class athlete and he is in the Canadian football Hall of Fame. Chris was a 3-time Hec Crighton winner during his time at SMU in Halifax (Most valuable player in CIAU). Chris is a leader off the field and he leverages those skills to build our business.

Turi Pillitteri: North American Sales

Turi is a former college basketball player and had earned a full scholarship to US school. Turi was a key team member with Sean at LPI Level Platforms and helped them reach their annual targets. He went on to some of the large companies in the space (Oracle in the MSP server division.) Turi joins the team as a valued leader and performer.

Harpal Sandhu: CAP Corp North American Sales

Harp brings in a very strong background in marketing, business development and networking expertise to our team. His passion for keeping kids active in sports and our future leaders of tomorrow. He is the co-founder of the South Asian Sports Development Association (SASDA). SASDA is a non – profit agency coaching and mentoring grade 4 – 12 in life, leadership, community, and sports.

Connor Primeau: Mental Performance Consultant

Connor Primeau joins the team to be our Mental Performance Consultant (MPC). Connor specializes in the pursuit of optimal performance – on both a personal and team level. He aims to help individuals and teams reach their full potential by implementing techniques and strategy to improve mental skills and team cohesion. Through the discovery of team culture and an ‘us’ mentality, he aims to increase productivity, well-being, and overall effectiveness of each individual and the team as a whole.
